It’s how the management responds when things take a turn, how the service adapts when circumstances change, how well they perform when a little bit of ‘extra’ is required. Ask our customers and they’ll tell you, that’s when Mobius comes to the fore. As an owner-managed business we passionately believe in partnership and customer service. We believe in getting the work done first, sorting out the fees second. We believe our customers are our lifeblood and we simply won’t let them down.

Every Mobius customer knows where to go when they need something to be done. They also know the phone will be answered and that the answer will be ‘yes’.

We communicate openly, honestly and positively. It’s in our culture to do so – part of our small company DNA that we’ve never let go of as we’ve grown. Our colleagues know it too – they know that they will be supported and appreciated for going the extra mile, not knocked for it. Our younger managers are encouraged to make decisions and their mistakes are learning opportunities, not trips to HR. Frontline staff are treated with the same respect that we treat our customers because both are vital to the success of our enterprise.
