Compliance Testing obligations are an onerous but necessary feature of every commercial operation. Knowing them, understanding them and executing them in a rigorous and timely fashion is important.
But there are options. Many organisations look to take care of compliance testing internally – but this places a duty on the management team to keep up to date with code and best practice. Others will outsource to ‘specialists’ but this can prove unnecessarily expensive.
Our approach is to look at the suite of testing that applies to your organisation and design a testing programme that minimises expense whilst maximising compliance. This can involve delegation of tasks across the service portfolio – our Hybrid Security staff concept, for example, or even within cleaning crews. It may equally involve our Janitorial service. It will almost certainly involve our maintenance engineers when a PPM programme is in place.
