Compliance Testing

Compliance Testing obligations are an onerous but necessary feature of every commercial operation. Knowing them, understanding them and executing them in a rigorous and timely fashion is important.

But there are options. Many organisations look to take care of compliance testing internally – but this places a duty on the management team to keep up to date with code and best practice. Others will outsource to ‘specialists’ but this can prove unnecessarily expensive.

Our approach is to look at the suite of testing that applies to your organisation and design a testing programme that minimises expense whilst maximising compliance. This can involve delegation of tasks across the service portfolio – our Hybrid Security staff concept, for example, or even within cleaning crews. It may equally involve our Janitorial service. It will almost certainly involve our maintenance engineers when a PPM programme is in place.

Janitorial Services

Hard-working and dedicated to getting those small tasks done (and done well), our janitors are fixers who love getting their hands dirty and are motivated to keeping things moving.

It’s a service based on a notion of ‘repair and move forward’ rather than the standard assumption to replace and overcharge.

We attend our customers’ premises on an agreed periodic basis to get all those little jobs done at once; tightening loose fixings, replacing broken loo seats, replacing blown lamps, adjusting and oiling those squeaky hinges, filling and repainting that mystery dent in the wall that no-one ever admitted to.

In other words, we do sweat the small stuff. The details do matter.

Small Works Contracting

We can apply our well-developed project management skills to any small works contracts you need to have fulfilled.

Perhaps you need a meeting room to be installed, or a kitchenette. Or there are some reconfigurations of desk plans or a partition wall to be removed. Fit-out contractors can be very expensive options for these sorts of projects.

We’ll bring together our approved specialists to provide you with a turnkey solution; all electrical, plumbing, glazing, building and joinery work will be fully managed, warrantied and certified. Job done – with minimal fuss, on time and at a very reasonable price.

Carried out in a timely fashion, using specialist contractors where necessary, but always with our signature attention to detail and customer service, we’ll draw up detailed maintenance plans with a view to keeping the wheels turning.

Careful reporting and complete openness in communicating the details of our work and any issues arising means that you retain complete control of your assets and enjoy complete confidence that systems are being well looked after.

We’re always keen to discuss new opportunites. Security, cleaning, maintenance and janitorial services – these are our specialisms. And what we like to call Hybrid Security Staff is particularly unique to us. Whether you prefer bundled or separate service provision, or need single or several services, we would be thrilled to hear from you. And if you’re not seeing an exact match to your needs here, contact us anyway, most of the services we now call ‘specialisms’ started because a customer needed something else from us.
